The Sharing and Permissions page lets administrators manage who can access an Agentic App and what they can do. Assign roles to users and groups to enforce secure, controlled access.

User Roles

Agentic Apps support five user roles. The table below shows the access level each role has for each area of the app.

Invite Users

  1. On the Sharing and Permissions page, click Invite.
  2. Enter the email address of the user or group.
  3. Select a role.
  4. Send the invite.
