The content field for each type includes:
| Content Type | Fields Ingested |
|---|---|
| Leads | Name, lead status, source, company, email, phone, lead owner, and other contact details |

RACL Support
Zoho CRM access control is determined by two factors:- Profile — defines a user’s permissions at the module level (e.g., Leads, Deals, Contacts), specifying which actions (view, edit, delete) a user can perform and which modules they can access
- Role — establishes a user’s position in the organizational hierarchy (e.g., Employee, Manager, CEO)
Default Record Access
For each ingested record, thesys_racl field contains:
- The creator’s email ID — the creator always has access to their own records
- Role IDs for all superior roles — Zoho CRM follows a role hierarchy, so all users with roles above the creator’s role can access the record if their profile permits
Record Sharing
Records can be public or private, with additional sharing configured at three levels. Public Records A public record is accessible to all users whose profile grants access to that module. For example, if a Lead record is shared publicly and the following profiles have access to the Leads module:| Profile Name | Accessible Modules |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Leads, Deals, Contacts, Accounts |
| Standard | Leads, Deals, Contacts |
| Marketing | Deals, Leads |
sys_racl field would be:
- Users — direct access to individual users; the user’s email is added to
sys_racl:
- Roles — access based on user roles; the module name and role ID are added to
sys_racl:
- Groups — access based on predefined groups; the module name and group ID are added to
